Cancellation before Shipment: In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
Cancellation after Shipment: In case you wish to cancel your order, which has already been shipped, the refund shall be initiated 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of returned products and the condition of the products returned are verified by us.
The products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. Such products should be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.
The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
Free gifts (if any) received with the item ordered also needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the Paytm account or bank account as per your preference and details shared with us.
We will only be responsible for refunds and exchanges in accordance with this Return, Shipping and Cancellation Policy, which may be subject to changes from time to time.
If case of any dispute, the laws of the Republic of India will apply and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
